Tandoori Chicken (new version)

Hi friends it has been long time i posted recipes in my blog. These  days i am little busy with my kids. For summer holidays we went to India for 2months ,after coming from there it took little time to adjust again from home sick.Hope you all had a good summer time with your families.
Coming to the recipe i had prepared tandoori chicken in new style and it was hit at my home, especially my kids loved very much and asking it again and again. Here goes the recipe..

Drumsticks- 4
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Red chilli powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Lemon juice-1tsp
Food colour a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil -2tbsp

Preparation :
Clean the drumsticks and make slits with knife , so that masala goes well inside it.
Take a small cup, add 1tsp chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.mix well.Apply this paste nicely to the drumsticks inside the slits and leave it for few seconds. Then take another bowl , add remaining chilli powder, coriander, cumin and garam masala powder along with curd and food colour.Mix well. Now add the drumsticks into this masala and mix well so that all masala is nicely coated, add oil at this stage and mix again. Marinate  it for overnight in the fridge or At least 4hours.Here I marinated overnight.

Preheat the oven to 200 degree Take baking tray and put silver foil and brush the foil with oil and pop the drumsticks into tray and bake it for at least 30-40 minutes or until it is cooked.Mine cooked at 40 minutes make sure how your ovens works and adjust the time.Once it is cooked allow it to cool for few seconds and enjoy !
