Ingredients:Toor dal-1cup
Turmeric a pinch
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Oil-1/2tsp
Hing a pinch
Preparation:Clean the dal and pop it in pressure cooker along with hing,turmeric and oil.Cook for 3to 4 whistle.
Once pressure cool down ,add required salt and cumin seeds and smash the dal with wooden spoon.
Transfer into a bowl and serve with rice and ghee.
