Ingredients:Boneless chicken-250 grams
Corn flour-2tbsp
Maida/All purpose flour-2tsp
Ajinomoto a pinch
Soya sauce-2tbsp
Red chili powder-1/2tsp
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Food colour a pinch
Egg-1no.
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
For Seasoning:
Slit green chillies-2to 3nos
Chopped garlic-1tsp
Curry leaves
Curd-2tbsp
Food colour a pinch
Oil-2tbsp

Preparation:
Take bowl and mix the ingredients under marination and keep it in fridge for 4to 5hours. Once the time is done.
Heat Pan with enough oil for frying the chicken pieces.Fry the chicken pieces in batch until they turn into golden colour.Place them on kitchen towel to excess oil.
Heat a wok or pan with oil,add slit green chillies,chopped garlic and curry leaves. saute them for few mints,then goes the curd and food colour.Mix them well and then goes the fried chicken pieces.Cook till the chicken pieces completely absorbs the curd.Once it is ready,garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot hot chicken 65.
