Bread Bonda

Today i prepared this Bread Bonda for my evening snack. As i wanted to make quick snack for the evening to the kids.I preferred this one for making. It is very easy to prepare and consumes less time. Here goes the recipe..

Bread slices-4nos
Boiled potatoes-2nos
Chopped onions-1cup
Chopped green chili-1nos
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Salt to taste
Gram flour-1cup
Rice flour-3tbsp
Chili powder-1tsp
Oil for deep frying

Take a bowl, add bread slices, boiled potatoes, ginger garlic paste, chopped onions and green chilis along with salt.Mix them all and make into small balls and keep aside.

Take another bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, chili powder and salt along with required water to make a thick batter like we make for bajji's.

Then heat a pan with oil,dip the balls inthe batter and fry them in oil on medium flame till they turn into Golden colour.Place them on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil. Then transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy with tomato ketchup or with any chutney.
