Pizza Twists

These Pizza Twists is my daughter favourite one and she likes to eat these twists for breakfast, lunch and go on...Actually i saw these twists in a bakery and i then i got the idea of making it in my kitchen.I think every kid will love these pizza Twists.

Ingredients:

Plain Flour-2cups
Grated cheddar-60gms
Tomato sauce-3tbsp
Yeast-7gms
Olive oil-2tbsp
Warm water-100ml

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 220°c

Take a mixing bowl, add plain flour, yeast, water.olive oil and mix together with your hands.Lightly flour your work top and knead the mixture for 10mints until a smooth dough is formed.

Place the dough back into mixing bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and leave for 40 minutes.

Once 40mints is done.
Use half of the risen dough;roll into a rough rectangle on a floured surface until approx 1cm thick.Do the same with the other half.

Using a spoon, lightly cover half of the dough with the tomato sauce, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese and place the other rectangle on top.

Cut the dough in half and then into approx 3cm wide strips and holding both ends, twist the strip.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 5mints.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese .Return to the oven for a further 5mints.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool and then enjoy tasty tasty pizza twists!
