Soya Pepper

Soyabeans-1/2cup(boiled and mashed in mixer)
Pepper Pwd-2tbsp
Green chillies-1tbsp
Curry and Coriander leaves
Salt to Taste
Oil for frying
In a bowl add boiled and mashed soya,cornflour and salt.Mix them well and make small -small balls. Deep fry in oil till they turn into golden colour.Take them into a plate.
Heat another pan with oil,add slit green chillies,onions and curry leaves.Fry them till they change colour.Then add fried soya,salt and pepper powder.Stir them well.
Finelly Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Those look so cute! Ok... do they absorb more oil while frying because the soya is spongy?

thank u yaar for ur quick response,it does nt absorb more oil,as we fry them on low flame

Hey Pavani, Those look absolutely delicious. When you say it soya chunks..? And after mashing do you make small balls...Or each chunk is one ball..?
