COCONUT RICE

Ingredients:
Fresh grated coconut-1cup
Boiled Rice-1cup
Cashewnuts-12nos
Green chillies-2nos
Redchilli-1no
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Split urad dal-1/2tsp
Channa dal-1tbsp
mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Ghee-3tbsp
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1.Heat a pan with ghee,add mustard seeds,channa dal,split urad dal and curry
leaves.

2.Then add slit green chillies fry them all for some time.Then add grated
coconut,allow to fry it.

3.Add boiled rice to that mix well,add required salt.keep on low flame for 5mints.
4.serve coconut rice with potato fry or majjiga pulusu.
